2. 所有電子產品（保護殼/配件類不計）、外置充電器「必須」保留及攜同購買收據/紀錄和完整包裝，以作保養。保養產品購買當天起計算 7天內到門市處理（1-8pm），逾期請按照包裝上保養資料進行保養本店將不作處理。
3. 建議客人請先上網作保養登記及保留購買紀錄（Email/電子通知書）。
4. 所有電子產品（保護殼/配件類不計）保養只限產品品質問題作處理，所有人為因素均不作任何處理。保養將經同事測試後才會作跟進處理，謝謝合作。
5. 訂貨需時1-2星期（六日、紅日不計）

- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10-20 business days.
